HOW DO I STAY HEALTHY?

 I don't consider myself an extreme fitness person, but I do have habits that help me stay healthy, fsuch as I like to exercise every morning, I try to drink a lot water, I don't smoke, I try not to drink alcohol, I eat a lot fruit and vegetables to maintain a balanced diet, I like to walk in the afternoons after I get home, I try to go to bed early.

GREEN GLOW JUICE

Ingredients:

  • 2 spinach leaves.

  • 1 stick of celery.

  • 1 piece of cucumber.

  • 1 piece of ginger.

  • 1 cup of pineapple.

  • Half a lemon.

  • 1 glass of water.

Step 1

Wash the ingredients and chop the celery, cumcumber into slices, chop the ginger and pineapple.

Step 2

Put all the ingredients in the blender.

Step 3

Add a glass of water.

Step 4

Add the juice of half a lemon.

Step 5

Blend for 4 minutes.

Step 6

Serve in a glass (don't strain and drink immediately).
